My small group mat Pilates classes are designed to help women move better, feel stronger and build long-lasting resilience, especially during life stages that significantly impact physical and emotional wellbeing such as post-natal recovery, peri-menopause and menopause

Clients often come because they want to:

Improve pelvic floor strength
Rebuild core stability
Reduce joint stiffness or pain
Feel confident returning to exercise
Address posture affected by daily habits (feeding babies, desk work, stress, load carrying)

I teach from standing, not from my own mat. This allows me to:

Massage for Women’s Health

Women move through significant physical, hormonal and emotional changes throughout life, from pregnancy and post-natal recovery to menopause. Each of these stages can create tension, discomfort and postural changes that impact how we feel and function day-to-day.

My massage sessions are tailored specifically to women’s health helps restore ease, balance and comfort in the body, supporting both physical wellbeing and emotional resilience.

Common patterns I see are:

Tight neck, shoulders and upper back (feeding, carrying, desk work)
Lower back discomfort from weakened core or pelvic floor changes
Hip and pelvic tension following pregnancy or birth
Overall stiffness and fatigue linked with peri-menopause and menopause
Chronic stress creating deep muscular holding patterns

What Your Session Includes

Each 60-minute session covers:

A postural and mobility assessment
Individualised massage work to release tension and correct imbalances
Targeted techniques to improve symmetry and dynamic flexibility
Advice and explanations so you understand what’s happening in your body
Personalised aftercare exercises to help maintain alignment between sessions

Feel supported, capable and confident in how your body moves
