Terms & Conditions
Pilates
All participants are encouraged to listen to their own body and to exercise within their own limitations.
Should you experience any pain or discomfort during any particular movement, it is your responsibility to inform the teacher immediately and to heed any advice provided.
All class participants are requested to complete a health screening questionnaire at the time of booking. Failure to complete this and/or failure to disclose any health condition prior to attending may result in you not being able to participate in the class. The cost of the class would not be refunded.
All participants are responsible for informing the teacher of any new injuries/health concerns which may impact upon their ability to exercise at the earliest opportunity.
Truly aligned accepts no responsibility for any injury or worsening of any pre existing condition that may occur during a Pilates class. All participants exercise at their own risk.
PAYG Clients
Payment in full is required at the time of booking via this website.
At least 24 hours notice is required in order for a cancellation to be refunded.
Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.
Should a class be cancelled by the teacher a full refund will be issued. Refunds can take 5-10 days to show in your account.
Pilates subscriptions
Subscriptions renew every four weeks and cover one class per week at the chosen location and chosen time for the four weeks after the purchase.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any point up until the point of renewal. Once the subscription has renewed for the following 4 weeks this cannot be refunded.
If you are unable to attend your class one week, the cost of this class cannot be refunded.
Subscriptions are for one class at one time at one venue only, they are not transferable to alternative classes.
However, should you be unable to attend your regular class and there is space available in an alternative class within the same week, a transfer may be permitted only if discussed and agreed in advance.
Classes paid for via subscription cannot be gifted to another person should the regular participant be unable to attend.
Should a class be cancelled by the teacher the cost of this class (£10) would be refunded. Refunds can take 5-10 days to show in your account.
Massages
Massages must be paid for in full at the time of booking via this website.
All massage bookings include a £10 none refundable deposit.
24 hours notice of cancellation is required for a refund (less the £10 none refundable deposit).
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.
